NO CALL OUT CHARGE

o At Right First Time you will not be charged for call out, parking, congestion or any other hidden charges for us to come to you.

o We guarantee all our fittings for 12 months for peace of mind and all repairs for 6 months (excluding blockages).

o Our Plumbing Service charges are transparent and are by the hour for one hour repairs and then in 15 minutes intervals so that you are not paying extra for time not spent on site.

o We can offer a fixed price for larger repairs.

o All new customers will receive a 10% discount for any repair carried out.

o Senior Citizens will also receive a 10% discount on all repairs. (Please see our special offers page).
